The Marketing Content Management team focuses on delivering the best in class content for LWTA products. This role is a key part of our digital marketing organization supporting the design and implementation of internal projects and processes to consolidate product information and drive our marketing and sales efforts.


  • Manage a product information management (PIM) project from beginning to end, including system selection, project and process design, data migration and maintenance.
  • Design, configure and implement workflows, and develop supporting business rules.
  • Develop and propose creative solutions to ensure the best content is available to LWTA customers. Solutions may include changes to processes, procedures, accountabilities as well as system related improvements.
  • Understand dependencies between departments and the transition of information and systems as appropriate to ensure that information and processes are accurate and efficient.
  • Work with product managers/marketers, engineers, developers and our marketing content team to solve specific content challenges.
  • Drive processes and standardization of product information across LWTA categories and business units.
  • Advise and provide support to content specialists, other functional experts and technical personnel in content management concepts and technical matters.
  • Enable deeper business insight of product content via development of custom analysis, processes and reports.
  • Develop new content formats in partnership with internal and external customers and market and competition landscape.


  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing and/or system implementation/project coordination is required.
  • Relevant experience in content management is preferred, experience with Hybris, Stibo, EnterWorks or similar is a plus.
  • Experience in product information management system implementation is preferred.

  • Ability to manage relationships with team members from different functional areas and professional backgrounds
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, including spreadsheet and database skills is required.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information in a concise manner and to make recommendations on solutions to resolve issues
  • Demonstrated ability to use professional management and/or technical concepts to solve complex problems and oversee key projects in creative and effective ways is required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of SQL, Access, R or other database software preferred.
