Overview

As a key member of business support team for Project Sales this role is responsible for providing operations and process support to internal and external customers to ensure effective and efficient project Pricing, Quoting, CRM accuracy, troubleshooting and delivery. Act as a point of contact for all operations related activities and troubleshoot with relevant departments to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

  • Capture, record and communicate project opportunities
  • Troubleshoot, check accuracy and resolve issues related to CRM
  • Run reports, review for accuracy and resolve issues
  • Steward the end to end delivery of key projects within the LTWA product portfolio
  • Liaise with field sales and agencies to secure and effectively track project details through CRM database
  • Generate project proposals and quotes for Regional Project Managers and Agencies using standardized processes and tools
  • Analyze project requirements and establish project pricing and prepare quotations in accordance with established parameters
  • Steward internal co-ordination and activity and liaise with agencies and wholesalers on project delivery
  • Provide monthly forecasts to supply chain to ensure on-time delivery of project products
  • Develop expertise in SAP CRM and become the go to person for questions
  • Develop reports and analysis to increase project wins and detect trends
  • Record and Monitor personal KPI's towards overall performance reporting
  • Ad-hoc tasks to meet any internal or external business requirements
  • Nurture business relationships with Reps, sales agencies, existing customers and potential clients

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in relevant discipline and/or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in related field
  • CRM experience desired but not required
  • Basic plumbing or sanitary system knowledge desirable but not necessary
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Solid follow up skills and tenacity to complete tasks
  • Strong orientation to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional planning and organization skills with versatility and flexibility to complete competing time-sensitive priorities
  • Able to work independently and with different stakeholders internally and externally
  • Aptitude for utilizing emerging technologies and working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
