Overview

We are looking for a motivated IT professional who loves processes and systems to support our growing IT function. The successful candidate will have a can-do spirit and contribute to our digital strategy. This position will be the liaison between Marketing, IT, and outsourced services to convey business needs and requirements into technical concepts and solutions. This role will provide system training, technical platform activity coordination, and will ensure a high degree of system availability and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical services and assistance in implementing IT Digital platforms like CRM, PIM, CMS (for brand websites), DAM, SRM (Social Relationship Management), and other related technology platforms.
  • Deploy major IT Digital and Customer Engagement Platforms and provide Services to expand capabilities and integrate with other systems .
  • Partner with business leaders throughout the organization to assist them on their digital journey and business growth
  • Become the IT Single point of contact for all Marketing, Digital and Customer Engagement initiatives
  • Partner with outside vendors to deliver services, technology and platforms to the business
  • Review new technologies and trends to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Qualifications

    • A Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 7-10 years of previous experience in IT, eCommerce, and/or digital space is required.
    • Strong project management and excellent communication skills.
    • Critical thinking skills to analyze requirements and propose system and process based solutions.
    • Previous experience in consumer goods or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
    • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical levels of the organization is a must.
    • Experience developing and overseeing IT architecture & development from external agencies or internal resources
      • Amazon web services, Microsoft Azure, or stand-alone systems (Servers, CDNs, Load balancer, Security)
      • Previous technology management of Sitecore CMS or other comparable large scale CMS (Web Development, Management of all builds, Module creation, Functionality enhancements, Trouble shooting)
      • E-commerce Integrations (ASB web services, U Commerce, Card Connect, or other payment processing systems)
      • 3rd Party Software integrations (e.g. Bazaar voice for ratings & reviews, Hubspot, Marketo, or other marketing automation system)
      • Experience in systems  analysis, design, development, testing and support utilizing Scrum/Agile methodologies
    Experience securing web applications from both a development and an environment/network standpoint
