Reporting to the Sr. Managing Director Projects, this position will be instrumental in providing support to the entire Trade Sales organization including the daily management of the sales support team. This team provides sales quoting, impact order tracking, inside sales, service, and sales process support to our external sales teams and customers.



  • Manage and coach the sales support team to ensure that they: Provide timely and effective price quotations to the field, actively maintain CRM accuracy, provide troubleshooting, inside sales support, and field level support.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding quotations to update internal systems, improve quotation process and measure effectiveness. Run reports, review for accuracy and resolve issues
  • Analyze project requirements and work with internal teams to establish project pricing and prepare quotations in accordance with established parameters
  • Nurture business relationships with internal and external customers
  • Develop reports and analysis to increase project wins and detect trends
  • Focused efforts to exceed internal and external customers’ expectations.
  • Must be very detail oriented and be able to efficiently organize information.
  • Ability to provide leadership and coaching to direct employees.
  • Proficient in associated Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Access, Power Point) and CRM Platforms.
  • Effective decision making skills as it relates to providing direction to the sales support team, manufacturing procurement team, and assigning tasks to meet customer goals and objectives
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats



  • Minimum B.S. degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Marketing.
  • Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, research analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in identifying and meeting business needs
  • Operate with a high degree of independence and autonomy; demonstrated by strong planning, organizational, time management, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior management and leaders within and across functions
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues, to initiate actions, and to make effective decisions.
  • Driving world class pricing, and sales support while optimizing sales and profit objectives
  • Analysis of information, data, or opportunities to make the best decision in how to strategically quote for purposes of positioning LIXIL to win the business.
  • Working effectively in fast paced and time sensitive environment.
  • CRM experience a plus but is not required
