Overview

This role will create new sales of DTC products via telephone contact and email communication.

Responsibilities

 

  • Research and identify internal lead sources that may qualify for drop ship sales opportunity and call to explore interest.
  • Call on all DTC sales missed opportunities from previous week and offer drop ship pricing opportunity or resurrect interest in company installed walk-in tub.
  • Call all cancelled sales from previous day in an effort to save existing sale and/or offer alternative options (shower) to customer.
  • Call all referred leads from Call Center regarding interest in drop ship pricing and secure sale.
  • Inbound and outbound calls for telesales of DTC products    
  • Research and develop new calling strategies to optimize production from existing database.

Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years successful track record with direct telesales productivity.              
  • Minimum 3 years successful track record with training and cultivating others in telesales environment.  
  • Must be team player working in fast paced environment.
  • Must have ability to work independently and with cross functional teams.
  • Must be proactive, detail oriented and have the ability to manage own time effectively.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to communicate effectively to wide range of people (seniors, internal staff, etc.).
