Reporting to the Director Sales Support, this position will be instrumental in providing support to the entire Trade Sales organization including: Pricing, CRM accuracy, troubleshooting and order delivery. This team provides the trade sales organization with overall support relating to price quotations, marketing communications, tracking of sales promotions, impact order tracking, and sales process support.


  • Provide timely and effective price quotations to the field, actively maintain CRM accuracy, provide troubleshooting, inside sales support, and field level support.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding quotations to update internal systems, improve quotation process and measure effectiveness. Run reports, review for accuracy and resolve issues
  • Analyze project requirements and work with internal teams to establish project pricing and prepare quotations in accordance with established parameters
  • Nurture business relationships with internal and external customers
  • Maintain organization of customer and regional programs and other information.
  • Communicate with vendors on customer needs, specification issues and delivery.
  • Seek out and recommend new processes and workflow methods to increase organization efficiency, improving customer satisfaction.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Access, and Power Point) and CRM Platforms.
  • Utilize effective decision making skills to provide direction to the sales support team, manufacturing procurement team, and assigning tasks to meet customer goals and objectives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats


  • Minimum B.S. degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Marketing.
  • Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, research analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in identifying and meeting business needs
  • Operate with a high degree of independence and autonomy; demonstrated by strong planning, organizational, time management, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior management and leaders within and across functions
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues, to initiate actions, and to make effective decisions.
  • Driving world class pricing, and sales support while optimizing sales and profit objectives
  • Analysis of information, data, or opportunities to make the best decision in how to strategically quote for purposes of positioning LIXIL to win the business.
  • Working effectively in fast paced and time sensitive environment.
  • CRM experience a plus but is not required
