American Standard, serving our customers for over 140 years, is expanding our call center operations in our beautiful Grand Prairie office. We need professional account executives to help us speak to the many customers from across the country inquiring about our products and services, specifically our walk-in tubs.
All of our customers reach out to us, NO COLD CALLING. You must be comfortable taking inbound or making outbound calls and setting appointments for our in-home safety specialists.
• Minimum 1 year customer service/sales experience preferred (financial services, call center, retail, etc.)
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Windows based applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• An understanding of call center fundamentals.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to empathize with customers.
