    The Digital Marketing Specialist is tasked with supporting the GROHE brand marketing team’s digital properties & promotional activities; from websites to email marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for the successful execution of both internal and external agency digital projects. The successful applicant will work daily tracking all third party digital marketing vendors and ensuring they provide the best value and match best practices for each project. The digital marketing specialist is responsible for trafficking projects from product development, sales channels, and customers. This role specifically focuses on digital marketing projects, promotions and reporting. Prior experience with website development projects, e-commerce, online creative, online advertising and analytics is required. This role is also responsible for the support of digital marketing activity throughout all regions in the Americas. This position is focused on providing current and potential GROHE customers with a best in class digital experience throughout their digital journey.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Point of contact for internal and external digital agency development, maintenance and creative project traffic for the brand
    • Point of contact for retail & wholesale channel marketing digital project traffic
    • Works directly with product development, channel teams, and engineering to track change requests and collect content for digital marketing projects
    • Works with communications and social marketing team to drive awareness of products, promotions, and features and content additions
    • Responsible for on-site lead generation & conversion optimization
    • Responsible for GTM & Google Analytics setup and reporting
    • Project tracking, workflow management, admin and communications
    • Work closely with PIM (Stibo) integration team to assure content accuracy for each country
    • Point of contact for all CRM based digital marketing integrations

    Qualifications

    • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a marketing, advertising or e-commerce role
    • Comfortable working within a CMS, Sitecore experience a plus
    • Intermediate experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager & Data Studio
    • Experience implementing digital projects, UI/UX new functionality according to design and SEO best practices
    • Ability to work successfully on projects with stakeholders in different countries
    • Ability to clearly & effectively communicate to an audience for presentations and training
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, e-commerce or closely aligned digital field
    • Experience with Jira, Confluence or other project/task platform a plus
    • French or Spanish language skills a plus
