  • Overview

    This position is the primary contact of digital marketing projects for the American Standard Brands, Grohe, and DXV in Canada. The incumbent is responsible for the planning and execution of localized websites, apps, microsites, extranets, marketing automation and advertising campaigns to digitally support each brand.   In addition this role will require tactical hands on execution of all digital agenda items.


    • Collaborate in the development of SEO and SEM strategy and execution across all brands
    • Plan and execute all SEO and SEM tactics outlined in strategy
    • Collaborate in the development of annual social and digital support plan including KPI’s across all brands
    • Responsible for monthly reporting of digital metric associated with digital properties, adverting initiatives, and social platforms
    • Champion the digital strategy and support conversations with key customers in an effort to drive brand and product exposure and synergies
    • Responsible for the strategy and management of all social properties.
    • Responsible for the development of review acquisition program, extending but not limited to key customers and trade partners
    • Collaborate to build a Canadian and North American ecommerce strategy
    • Liaison with US organization to align strategies and find efficiencies from both a digital and e-commerce perspective
    • Manage LWTA Canada website and monitor content


    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field required
    • 3-5 years’ experience in a digital marketing/communications role
    • Familiarity and experience working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
    • Familiarity and Experience utilizing web content management systems
    • Prior experience managing a product focused website/digital property
    • Experience creating effective web content utilizing best practices SEO and design principals
    • Experience with basic front end coding including HTML CSS & JavaScript
    • Ability to clearly & effectively communicate to an audience for presentations and training
    • Strong project management, organization planning skills
    • Self-starter with proven ability to work effectively as part of a global team
    • Experience working in a global organization a plus
