Reporting to the National Sales Operations Coordinator, this role will serve as the coordinator for all of the backroom operations relating to American Standard’s Direct Response efforts. This position requires an experienced Operations and Customer Service professional who can manage the large flow of documentation from the Field Sales teams back through the Grand Prairie DTC Center of Excellence.
The candidate must be able to manage high volumes of work in an organized fashion and have an above average focus on details. Candidate must have ability to follow through on projects 110%. Strong technology skills are also a must.
Position will be measured on ability to smoothly and accurately support closed sales including documentation flow, data flow, product flow, and resolution of after-sale issues.
Review all relevant sales documentation that must be returned to HQ for each closed sale, including contracts and financing documentation.
