    We are looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join our growing IT team. This critical role will ensure the current PeopleSoft system is maintained while playing a key role in driving the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems required to meet business needs. This position serves as a technical point of contact for HR and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities and updating system functionality and configuration to improve the user experience. He/she will be instrumental in preparing, configuring and testing systems to ensure flawless execution of annual HR processes.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with global team on all project phases for SAP SuccessFactors implementation in the Americas region including requirements gathering, fit/gap, configuration, localization, historical data migration, setup and testing
    • Analyze HR systems issues to identify and correct root causes for system performance or data problems
    • Translate business needs into technical requirements utilizing standard HRIS process models
    • Support technical system configuration, testing and reporting in support of annual Benefits Administration, Time & Labor and Self-Service
    • Participate in evaluation of payroll solutions and play a key role in supporting implementation of selected solution
    • Produce reports for audits, ad-hoc requests and ongoing business needs
    • Manage user and security profiles and role-based permissions
    • Creates and maintains SOP and process documentation for basic training on supported systems
    • Create dashboards and reports, manage system feeds and connectors
    • Analyze and document as-is processes and interfaces
    • Assist business in developing automated talent dashboards and analytics
    • Work with third-party implementation partners to deploy, integrate or upgrade systems
    • Ensure best practices are considered when evaluating system changes or process improvements
    • Perform routine tasks for launching forms, updating role-based permissions and other daily administrative functions
    • Follow project management methodologies to deliver initiatives on-time and on-budget

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree and Minimum 3 years’ experience
    • Experience working on HR systems implementation
    • Deep understanding of relational databases
    • Success Factors experience including Employee Central is required
    • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft modules preferred.

      PeopleSoft technical & reporting tools, such as Component Interface, Application Engine, Integration Broker Crystal Reports, PS Query, and SQRs Preferred
