  • Overview

    Hands-on leader that maintains systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts; and supervising staff. Contributes to overall plant success by participating or leading efforts to improve plant and employee safety, product quality, manufacturing cost reductions and improving overall plant and equipment reliability. Develops, directs and coordinates maintenance activities and projects which involve both mechanical and electrical components

    • First Shift


    • Supervise and hold direct reports accountable for work performed
    • Diagnose problems with electrical and mechanical equipment
    • Manage Preventative Maintenance program and improve equipment to minimize machine downtime
    • Coach, mentor, train and direct resources assigned in the key areas.
    • Utilize external vendors and resources when necessary, exercising the discretion on when to delegate work externally
    • Manage maintenance budget and expenses



    • Education: Bachelor degree in related field preferred, licensed electrician required
    • Knowledge: 7+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment, 3+ years of supervisory skills and experience
    • Experience: Experience working with robotic and CNC equipment, programming experience required
    • Competencies (Abilities): Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills; Strong Electrical and Mechanical knowledge supported by strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail, Ability to read electrical schematics, Working knowledge of ISO, SPC, and continuous improvement methods, Strong computer skills.
