  • Overview

    The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and expensed purchasing for the Salem, OH manufacturing facility.


    • Create and maintain all maintenance, acrylics and CapEx purchase orders in SAP, manage inventories and track deliveries as required. (60%)
    • Record daily quality control audit results for the plant and prepare weekly/monthly reports. (10%)
    • Manage inventory of required medical, safety, office and janitorial supplies for the plant. (10%)
    • Coordinate and manage arrangements for corporate meetings, plant tours and communication meetings. (5%)
    • Manage expensed purchases for the plant and reconcile as necessary. (5%)
    • Performs administrative support for plant management. (10%)


    • Associates Degree required
    • Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience.
    • Excellent computer skills including MS Office required; SAP experience preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential issues with diplomacy.
