    This a dynamic field based role charged with driving store level project execution, delivering store associate training, and providing increased visibility at our key retail customers. This is an entry level sales/marketing role, ideally suited for a recent graduate who has passion and penchant for Marketing.

     

    The territory for this position is Oakland, San Francisco.

    Responsibilities

    • Promote the American Standard and Grohe brands by having a presence in store and developing relationships with store associates
    • Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with store personnel, including regular contact with store management
    • Support store level project execution for new product launches, resets, endcaps, and promotions
    • Audit planogram integrity on a regular cadence within defined territory
    • Assess store level inventory levels
    • Conduct product training for store personnel as required
    • Take photos of displays and inventory levels
    • Weekly reporting of store visits, audits, and project execution
    • Attend promotional days and grand openings to help educate customers and employees on American Standard and Grohe product lines
    • Complete inspections of returned and/or damaged product as needed
    • Identify new sales opportunities and provide market intelligence to sales team

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
    • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage initiatives for different retailers with equal intensity and success
    • Empowered self-starter who knows what needs to get done, gets it done and gets it done the right way
    • Strong, effective organizational skills and communications skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • A valid Driver's License is required
    • Ability to regularly travel among store locations, with occasional overnight stays as required to effectively service the territory
      • Up to 75% Local Travel
