  • Overview

    Manage the storage and utilization of key channel data such as Account and Contact records within CRM/Salesforce, Assets, Project Opportunities and prepare data for integration with the CRM/Salesforce.com platform. Assist in predictive analytics for use in Business Intelligence platforms to fully leverage channel data.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain attributes to assist in tracking key channel initiatives utilizing
      • CRM/Salesforce.com
      • MS Excel
      • Business Intelligence Software (Tableau, Power BI etc.)
    • Maintain and verify accuracy of key channel data such as Salesforce.com records
    • Partner with marketing teams to integrate marketing data with CRM
    • Utilize VBA to assist in consolidation and storage of
      • Large sets of excel based customer and sales data
      • Move large data sets to MS Access or other RDBMS
      • Distribution of customer reports and rebates
    • Act as first level support for issues surrounding Showroom Locator, Activity Tracker, Showroom Audits, and Salesforce
    • Utilize API processes to integrate data from outside sources with CRM/Salesforce.com
    • Prepare sales and customer data for use in Business Intelligence platform (Tableau, Power BI etc.)
    • Partner with data stewards at Key Customers to assist in data accuracy projects
    • Partner with Digital team to maintain channel information on Lixil branded websites
    • Train/Onboard new Field Sales personnel and third party agencies on CRM/Salesforce.com process and procedures
    • Ad-Hoc Data Maintenance Projects

    Qualifications

    • Experience in business administration

    • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, Pivot Tables, and Data Connections
    • 1+ year experience with MS Access or other RDBMS’
    • Attention to detail
    • Experience with Salesforce a major plus
    • Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly critical
    • Adherence to deadlines and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects
