    An industry leader in kitchen & bath products, LIXIL is looking for an innovative and driven Manager of Financial Systems & Reporting with the passion to build and optimize our internal processes. As a key member of the Finance team, this position is responsible for driving the translation of business requirements into transactions that are as efficient as possible within our systems. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Finance this role acts as an interface between the Finance and IT functions to ensure financial systems are configured and report in line with business requirements and metrics – all while keeping financial policies, procedures, and internal controls in mind.


    • Lead and engage with finance team members to determine process improvement areas and information needs, and to create process and business requirement documents to enhance and expand the financial reporting application
    • Map existing finance and accounting processes and recommend solutions
    • Facilitate and participate in test cycles ensuring that all scenarios are identified and tested. Work with IT team to enhance and expand the financial reporting application across all product lines and brands (SAP BW and other BI tools)
    • Assist in testing and validating newly developed processes and procedures in SAP, Hyperion or BPC and other financial systems in coordination with the IT team to ensure proper accounting and internal controls
    • Provide technological support for financial reporting for the actuals, forecasts and annual operating plan for all finance system applications
    • Drive process improvements through SAP and BPC to eliminate non-value added work
    • Provide training, support and user documentation for financial system users
    • SAP FI/CO maintenance and structure creation (accounts, cost centers, etc.)
    • Harmonize reporting across channels / product categories / countries


    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Systems, or related field is required
    • 5-7 years of experience in leading projects/process improvement with an emphasis on finance solutions and data analytics
    • Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, Hyperion or BPC
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong MIS systems experience and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage across functions and interact with all levels within the organization
