    The eCommerce Account Manager will be responsible for all data needs tied to our key internet customers and internal maintenance of these resources including marketing copy, features & benefits, specifications, images and videos. This includes all aspects of item setup and ongoing maintenance of existing items. This individual will partner both internally and externally to ensure data needs are being met in a timely manner with the highest degree of data integrity. This individual will actively look for opportunities to improve existing data quality and processes along with new ways to manage and disseminate data. The ideal candidate will have a background in SAP with strong computer skills particularly in Excel and previous experience with item setup/data management with large online home improvement retailers. The candidate will also possess the ability to work individual and manage multiple projects at once.

    Responsibilities

    • Leader for all data needs tied to Ecommerce and business development.
    • Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams to manage the procurement and coordination of marketing collateral including copy, content, images and documents.
    • Manage internal data needs through a storage and dissemination programs specific to LWTA
    • Main contact and lead for all new item setup and data maintenance projects tied to internet accounts
    • Partner with key customers to ensure data and content needs are being met in a timely manner.
    • Subject matter expert for internal and external data processes and systems.
    • Actively look for data issues/gaps both internally and externally and proactively solve problems identified.
    • Identify system improvements and new processes to effectively and efficiently manage all data needs
    • Must be good at developing strong and trusted partner as well as internal relationships.
    • Competitor and market insights and analysis

    Qualifications

    • Strong, effective oral and written communications skills
    • Strong time & project management skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently while supporting various teams
    • Knowledge of the wholesale plumbing industry preferred but not required
    • Comfortable seeking out internal resources to solve data needs
    • College Degree required
    • SAP, SQL knowledge preferred while Microsoft Excel is required and essential
    • 5+ years of experience with item setup/data management
