The eCommerce Account Manager will be responsible for all data needs tied to our key internet customers and internal maintenance of these resources including marketing copy, features & benefits, specifications, images and videos. This includes all aspects of item setup and ongoing maintenance of existing items. This individual will partner both internally and externally to ensure data needs are being met in a timely manner with the highest degree of data integrity. This individual will actively look for opportunities to improve existing data quality and processes along with new ways to manage and disseminate data. The ideal candidate will have a background in SAP with strong computer skills particularly in Excel and previous experience with item setup/data management with large online home improvement retailers. The candidate will also possess the ability to work individual and manage multiple projects at once.
