Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations & Customer Care, this role will serve as the coordinator for field returns of American Standard’s walk-in tubs. This position requires an experienced Operations and Customer Service professional who can manage the large flow of documentation from the Field Sales teams back through the Grand Prairie DTC Center of Excellence.
The candidate must be able to manage high volumes of work in an organized fashion and have an above average focus on details. Candidate must have ability to follow through on projects 110%. Strong technology skills are also a must.
Position will be measured on ability to smoothly and accurately support closed sales in Western Region, including documentation flow, data flow, product flow, and resolution of after-sale issues.
