Prepares and enters incoming customer and internal orders into the SAP system for the customers assigned. Interfaces with sales, supply chain, marketing and customer care teams.
Minimum 4 years Customer Service/Order Entry or equivalent experience required.
SAP or similar system experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
Ability to work independently while in a team environment.
Ability to work within a fast paced customer care environment, understanding the urgency of customer needs.
Weekends and some overtime may be required.
