We are looking for a SR. HR Systems Analyst to join our growing IT team. This critical role will ensure the current PeopleSoft system is maintained while playing a key role in driving the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems required to meet business needs. This position serves as a technical point of contact for HR and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities and updating system functionality and configuration to improve the user experience. He/she will be instrumental in preparing, configuring and testing systems to ensure flawless execution of annual HR processes.
