    Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Financial Analyst supports in all planning, reporting and analysis activities. This position is responsible for day to day Commercial Finance activities and transactions supporting the Direct to Consumer – LHS business as well as Walk in Baths sold through distribution. The role will perform various day to day finance related duties including supporting with month-end closing activities, reviewing expenses, reconciling consigned inventory, processing commercial forms and paperwork, coding and submitting invoices for payment. Supports the business during significant growth while maintaining controls and accuracy over all processes and required transactions. Position requires great attention to details while proactively working to ensure transactions are supported with required documents.

    Responsibilities


    • Support the Director of Finance in providing financial reporting to the LHS leadership.

    • Support LHS Finance team in delivering financial analysis on the following: net sales, standard margin, OIP, cost, revenue, etc.

    • Assists in preparing forecasts and forecasting reports as required, such as by product, region, channel, etc.

    • Net Sales and Gross Margin analysis by Channel and by Product Categories on a monthly basis

    • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year to date Operating Expenses/Other Costs Causal bridges

    • Responsible for Business Warehouse (BW) finance support and analysis, ensuring integrity of data.

    • Customer promotions (sales lift, investment, break-even point, etc)

    • Provide various analytical support i.e. logistics accounting support, analysis of weekly inbound and outbound freight spend, warranty analysis.

    • Support Finance team in updating and maintaining the financial section in the Innovation Dashboard

    • Participate in the Annual Operating Plans, Strategic Plans, and Monthly Forecasting

    • Support the Director of Finance in month end process and closing of the books, i.e. G/L accrual entries

    • Process installer invoices weekly & service cost chargeback to original installer analysis.

    • Log invoices into monthly budget reports.

    • Handle Consignment Inventory Management (pre-position, Field and in-transit)

    • Monitor marketing invoices for accuracy & Comparing invoices to, estimates, reports and media schedules (post-log reporting).

    • Provide invoices to A/P for payment, with correct allocations/coding and monitor timing of payments, according to agreements.Follow requirement and secure Green-Light for finance deals.

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Knowledge:

      • Microsoft Office

      • SAP or equivalent system

      • Professional certification or training highly preferred.



    • Experience: 2-5 years in a finance role

    • Competencies (Abilities): Communication, Strong Team player, Organization, Attention to detail, Operation/Process Management, Coaching and talent development, ability to travel when needed ( <5% of work time)

    • Available to flex schedule and/or connect remotely as needed based on the needs of the job beyond a standard workday or workweek, such as during monthly close
