    The Analyst/Sr. Analyst Market Research & Knowledge Management tracks, gathers and analyzes relevant information, makes recommendations and provides timely reports to be acted upon based on the analyses. The role is the main point of contact for all knowledge management platform related initiatives as well as Consumer, Political, and Legal trends. Key to success is consistent and accurate identification of most relevant factors impacting current and future business strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee all aspects of insights knowledge management including content quality, content timeliness, dissemination of knowledge, vendor management, development of new features, and tool training
    • Manage new and existing content from partnering vendors.
    • Maintain news dashboards, scan for errors and publish new content on as-need basis.
    • Responsible for knowledge management educational initiatives that promote user engagement.
    • Main point of contact for knowledge management platform supplier, lead implementation of new capabilities.
    • Maintain and advance knowledge of broad and specific trends impacting the industry in all relevant areas including consumer, political and legal.
    • Support cross-functional leadership in relevant trend-related initiatives delivering analysis and presentation of learnings as needed
    • Gather information for project-related research; analyze that information; and produce reports based on the analyses.
    • Oversee vendors utilized for ongoing monitoring of the external environment and project-related research.
    • Liaise with external suppliers ensuring on-track and on-time project execution. Write requests for proposals framing research objectives and constraints for suppliers.
    • Synthesize research findings from multiple sources into insights that help guide business strategies.
    • Create reports to communicate findings and insights to internal teams.
    • Participate in management meetings to clearly communicate research findings.
    • Participate in trade shows and gather latest insights as a representative of the company.
    • Attend educational, and sales & marketing events provided by industry participants.
    • Handle key stakeholder troubleshooting ensuring quick resolution of issue

    Qualifications

    • Position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1-5 years of business management experience in water technology or related industry.
    • Past experience in the field of market research is desirable.
