  • Overview

    As a key member of the Sales Support team this role is responsible for providing support to the US Trade Sales Organization. By providing accurate and timely reporting; delivering a great customer buying experience; problem solving; training and maintaining competitive pricing and follow-up on projects.


    • Supporting our US Sales project team by: Cross specifying projects, creating quotes, product knowledge, guidance on pricing, margin analysis, project forecasting, preparing for project meetings, and following up with customers to meet customer needs.
    • Provide dedicated support to the national and regional sales organization via supplying the team with analysis and assistance, as it relates to accomplishing strategic growth initiatives, and with daily activities including: RGAs, display orders and tracking, budget tracking, and in proactively addressing all job pricing needs.
    • Support Marketing Team efforts with building and maintain key customer contact lists, following up on the delivery of marketing information, pricing material, and proactively managing the outbound communication of all regional and national sales promotions.
    • Work closely with all adjacent departments including: Customer Care, Finance, and the SOIP Team, with a focus towards improving the customer buying experience.
    • Assist with all training opportunities that directly involve and impact the Sales organization, as it relates to process and tools.
    • Nurture business relationships with Reps, sales agencies, existing customers and potential clients.


    • Post-secondary education in relevant discipline and/or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience
    • 3-5 years’ experience in related field
    • Sale Force experience desired but not required
    • Basic plumbing or sanitary system knowledge desirable but not necessary
    • Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Solid follow up skills and tenacity to complete tasks
    • Strong orientation to detail and accuracy
    • Exceptional planning and organization skills with versatility and flexibility to complete competing time-sensitive priorities
    • Able to work independently and with different stakeholders internally and externally
    • Aptitude for utilizing emerging technologies and working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Occasional travel will be required (2-3 times per year)
