  • Overview

    Primary responsibility is to provide OMNI sales-channel financial support to the CSO along with driving improvements in forecasting and reporting processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop weekly commercial sales presentation:
      • Collect forecast inputs from sales channels (US Retail, US Trade, Canada, LatAm and Dominican Republic) and the Supply Chain Team
      • Consolidate and distribute Sales Tracking pre-read report every Friday
      • Consolidate and distribute final sales tracking report every Monday
      • Provide summary on key drivers
    • Financial sales support for Dominican Republic
      • Work with sales leader to develop monthly sales forecast by SKU
      • Provide sales forecast to Supply Chain and develop monthly P&L forecasts
      • Analyze price and program changes designed to drive volume in the local market
      • Participate in bi-monthly executive meeting to discuss improvements in local market and business results
    • Oversight of daily sales dashboard configuration to ensure it aligns with business needs
    • Finance support to CSO as required, including but not limited to:
      • Provide monthly actual and forecast P&Ls by Channel for the B&K businesses along with insight on key performance drivers
      • Establish KPIs and drives automation to move the organization toward data analytics to provide actionable insights versus reporting.
      • Ad hoc strategic project support as necessary, such as customer segmentation, distribution expansion, redistribution strategies, customer rankings, program and pricing changes, marketing mix modeling, etc.
    • Work cross-functionally to drive best practices and improvements in analytics and drive automation and consistency across channels, countries and functions
    • SG&A consolidation and reporting including development of budgets for some functional groups and monthly variance analysis
    • Capital Expense consolidation and reporting, including variance analysis
    • Support VP, FP&A on ad-hoc projects as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting is required; an MBA is a preferred
    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, CPA or CFA desired but not mandatory
    • Approximately 7-10 years of experience in Finance; experience in sales finance a plus
    • Excel proficiency, working with large volumes of data and pivot table modeling
    • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
    • Working knowledge of database systems
    • Experience with financial consolidations / analysis
    • Strong interpersonal skill; ability to build relationships with superiors, peers and subordinates across a large, complex organization
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves mentality and a structured and pragmatic approach
