  • Overview

    We are looking for a Senior HR Application Specialist to join our growing IT team. This critical role will ensure the current PeopleSoft system is maintained while playing a key role in driving the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems required to meet business needs. This position serves as a technical point of contact for HR and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, data inbound/outbound, process improvement opportunities and updating system functionality and configuration to improve the user experience. He/she will be instrumental in preparing, configuring and testing systems to ensure flawless execution of annual HR processes

     

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with global team on all project phases for SAP SuccessFactors implementation in the Americas region including requirements gathering, fit/gap, configuration, localization, historical data migration, setup, testing, cutover and go-live
    • Analyze HR systems issues to identify and correct root causes for system performance or data problems
    • Create functional and technical documentation and maintain HR Knowledge Base of technical support through documentation 
    • Performs system updates/upgrades, maintenance and enhancements as necessary including testing
    • Participate in evaluation of third-party solutions and play a key role in supporting implementation of selected solution including deployment, integration and maintenance
    • Develop reports and dashboards per the specifications of users, design and maintain any related queries
    • Manage user and security profiles and role-based permissions
    • Develop interfaces with other systems like ERP, reporting and payroll including Inbound/Outbound data
    • Ensure best practices are considered when evaluating system changes or process improvements
    • Perform routine tasks, updating role-based permissions and other daily administrative functions

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree and Minimum 3 years’ experience
    • Experience working on HR systems implementation
    • SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience, Employee Central is required
    • Experience with Payroll systems required
    • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM preferred
    • Working knowledge of SAP ECC preferred
    • PeopleSoft technical, data and reporting experience preferred
    • Reporting tools experience like Crystal Reports preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills
    • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
