Performs duties to support the Roselle DC as needed.
-Follow up on shipping errors for Canada and US shipments, including tracking for POD, advising WH count of inventory, replying back to inquiry, keeping records.
Daily Receiving Log
-Audit daily receiving log for accuracy before sending to DC associate for KPI
-ARN Request and update VC for Amazon shipments
-Request Routing for Lowes shipments and update UNYSON Portal
-Request Routing for Home Depot and update HD TMS Portal with shipping information, for Canada shipments as well.
-All other support for portals
Fill Rate Reporting
-Research daily/weekly reasons for fill rate failures and code fill rate report for Lixil wide fill rate KPI
-Support the warehouse processing in SAP for returns. Create reports, process GR into inventory, report discrepancies to Nashville for disposition.
Other DC Support
-Help clear inventory discrepancies
-Returns tracking when required
-tracking support for Customer Care group
-Trained on waving of transfer orders for creation of daily picking
-Other support as needed
