    This role will be responsible for coordinating and/or leveraging our logistics partners, installers, RMA order entry, quality and receiving teams, in the timely disposition and transformation of our returned products.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate all our inbound returns.
    • Collaborate with existing teams to ensure quick disposition of returned product.
    • Mitigate any issues related to RTV operations or product disposition.
    • Process all returns systematically. Track and monitor for completeness.
    • Serve as a back-up to our logistics coordinator to support our nationwide installations with on-time deliveries.
    • Responsible for all claims processing.
    • Help drive improvements in regards to returns exceptions.
    • Support the business with any necessary logistical product movements in the field.
    • Provide support and assistance in regards to our installer inventory control process.
    • Maintain regular contact with existing installers to determine logistic needs
    • Build relationships with our carriers to maximize efficiencies within the logistic network

    Qualifications

    • 2- 4 years relevant logistics/ reverse logistics responsibilities.
    • Above average detail orientation
    • Unyielding focus on 100% compliance for all data needs
    • Strong ability to multi-task and utilize technology for organizing large amounts of data
    • Working knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or other similar system helpful
    • Competencies (Abilities): Communication, Strong Team player, Organization, Attention to detail, Operation/Process Management
    • Ability to handle confidential issues with diplomacy
