  • Overview

    We are seeking a HR professional with 4+ years of compensation experience. The incumbent will be responsible for compensation and comp analytics for the Americas region, primarily for US and Canada, and will support the Americas Director of Total Rewards in developing compensation policy and strategy for the entire region.


    The primary functions of the group include, but are not limited to; compensation modeling and analyses, developing/updating salary structures, competitive benchmarking, compensation expense planning/forecasting, facilitating the year-end salary and bonus processes, supporting sales bonus processing, preparing base salary budgets and analytics, and partnering with recruiters and HRBPs on a wide variety of compensation requests (including, but not limited to: promotions, hiring, internal equity, retention, and ad-hoc requests). This individual will need to collaborate with various partners, including HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales and IT-HR.

     

    This is an individual contributor Specialist/Associate Manager, Compensation position reporting to the Director, Total Rewards and Mobility, Americas.





    Responsibilities

     

    • Conduct market research and provides market pricing to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams
    • Assist with the development of salary structures for the Americas region
    • Administer LWTA’s sales incentive and commission plans
    • Work closely with Sales and Finance to obtain revenue targets and achievements needed for quarterly award calculations
    • Manage periodic employee communications regarding changes and updates to incentive plans and policies
    • Lead preparation and distribution of individual employee statements, ensuring that records are timely and accurate
    • Provide support during the annual salary review processes for employees in all locations
    • Gather market intelligence to maintain market competitiveness and develop new total rewards strategies
    • Support the global mobility program

    Qualifications

     

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • Strong MS Excel skills
    • Familiarity with CompAnalyst and/or Mercer WIN is a plus
    • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
    • Excellent analytical skills (ability to develop and produce insightful reports from multiple streams of data)
    • Strong process- and project-management skills
    • Ability to convey complex ideas concisely
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and problem-solve autonomously
    • Enjoy high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
    • Approaches work with mindset to continuously improve and streamline processes
