We are seeking a HR professional with 4+ years of compensation experience. The incumbent will be responsible for compensation and comp analytics for the Americas region, primarily for US and Canada, and will support the Americas Director of Total Rewards in developing compensation policy and strategy for the entire region.
The primary functions of the group include, but are not limited to; compensation modeling and analyses, developing/updating salary structures, competitive benchmarking, compensation expense planning/forecasting, facilitating the year-end salary and bonus processes, supporting sales bonus processing, preparing base salary budgets and analytics, and partnering with recruiters and HRBPs on a wide variety of compensation requests (including, but not limited to: promotions, hiring, internal equity, retention, and ad-hoc requests). This individual will need to collaborate with various partners, including HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales and IT-HR.
