  • Overview

    The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) system and providing administrative support for the maintenance department.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the CMMS system including creation and management of inventory parts, machine assets and preventative maintenance program including plant floor implementation and organization. (60%)
    • Create and maintain purchase order requests including creating, submitting, tracking and receiving purchase orders. (25%)
    • Performs general record keeping of maintenance-related information. (10%)
    • Communicates with suppliers to research spare parts and obtain quotations. (5%)

     

    Qualifications

    • HS Diploma required; applicable College Degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of applicable industrial maintenance experience required.
    • Excellent computer skills including MS Office required; CMMS experience preferred.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Able to work in both an office and plant floor environment.
