    We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves people, processes, and systems to support our growing recruitment function. The successful candidate will have a can-do spirit, ability to support employees at all levels, and contribute to our organizational strategy. This role is client facing,and will provide support in the areas of identifying, attracting, and hiring talent at our growing corporate headquarters located in Piscataway, NJ. 



    • Identify, attract, and recruit experienced professionals for roles in varied business lines and all corporate functions.  Manage sourcing strategy, candidate development, and execution of full life cycle recruitment.
    • Support campus and experienced hire recruitment efforts, including career fairs, intern selections, interviews, and ongoing networking events throughout the year.
    • Assist Manager, Talent Acquisition in training, maintenance of ATS system, audits, reporting, analysis of data, refining standard operating procedures, and social media and marketing strategies.
    • Stay informed of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete in a competitive market for talent.
    • Identify opportunities and work to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process and practices. 
    • Participate in recruiting and talent management related and additional HR projects/initiatives. 


    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
    • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience and demonstrated knowledge of corporate human resources/recruitment is strongly preferred.
    • Previous experience working within applicant tracking systems is required, previous experience with iCIMS ATS is a plus.
    • Ability to approach situations with a high level of professionalism and a healthy sense of humor.
    • Experience utilizing multiple candidate development tools, including; social media, networking, referrals, etc.
    • Strong drive for results and independent initiative, the ideal candidate must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
    • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately.
    • HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS are a plus.
