Responsible for overseeing the work and quality of Bath/Remodel Installers on a daily basis. This position will be responsible for responding to customer service issues and resolving customer problems/issues.
Manage the production process including installation schedule, the work of installers, responding to customer issues, answering technical questions and visiting job sites to ensure performance
Train, certify and manage all installers for the territory
Work with scheduler to develop the installation and repair schedule.
Verify that the service calls/customer issues, have been satisfactorily complete. Conduct followup with scheduling to close the call or to order/reschedule call
Conducts monthly physical inventory review
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
3-5 years of prior remodeling experience
Must be familiar with common remodeling processes.
Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes and techniques, knowledge of quality systems and standards.
