    The VP, Marketing for American Standard Brands will be responsible for driving the consumer-centric transformation of the iconic brand in the U.S.   This brand leader will lead a brand management team consisting of both brand activation and brand innovation across Chinaware, Faucets, Showers, and Bathing categories.  Key responsibilities include: defining the brand’s growth strategy, creating an integrated brand marketing campaign to revitalize American Standard’s brand equity, and creating an innovation roadmap. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Office, Lixil Water Technology Americas.

    Responsibilities

    • Define the brand’s sustainably profitable growth strategy, including direct-to-consumer eCommerce
    • Develop a consumer-insight driven innovation roadmap. Closely collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Industrial Design and Supply Chain to develop and launch disruptive new products.
    • Create an integrated marketing campaign that will revitalize American Standard’s equity as well as deliver positive ROI. Lead agencies and brand activation teams to execute the following:
    • Advertising – digital and offline
    • Social media
    • PR
    • Shopper marketing – inclusive of displays and sell sheets
    • CRM
    • Social Cause
    • Brand eCommerce site
    • P&L responsibility for $800MM+ brand
    • Collaborate with Sales and Supply chain to develop and manage product portfolio strategy and rationalization
    • Partner with Insights & Analytics team to identify consumer insights to unlock breakthrough growth opportunities in marketing and product innovation
    • Evaluate competitive dynamics to stay ahead of the competition in market-leading trends
    • Lead 15+ brand management team, including 4 direct reports
    • Develop brand teams to accelerate capability in insights, brand building, integrated marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, and innovation

    Qualifications

    • MBA preferred, in Marketing
    • Minimum of 12-15 years’ experience in brand management, CPG a plus
    • Proven track record of creating market disruptive innovation and consumer-resonant integrated marketing campaigns that deliver positive ROI
    • Savvy eCommerce experience, digital marketing skills, particularly in social media
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally required
